Eligibility for Return

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Products that are personalized, opened hygiene items (e.g., trimmers, massagers, etc.), or marked as "Final Sale."
